| Paul is the director of the business and a designer, creator who has worked within the industry for over 12 years in which time he has worked for a number of design and advertising agencies and consultancies as both an employee and as a freelance resource. The 12 years have seen Paul design work for some of the largest corporations in the world from 3M to British Airways and from Adidas to Toyota (just see the clients we've worked for). Paul has worked in both the print and digital arenas at the highest levels for many blue chip companies both nationally and internationally and brings this experience to threemenoneshed as the creative driving force within the agency. |

| A photographer, creative who has journeyed all over the world, using this time to photograph some of the world’s most beautiful people and places. His experience within the creative industry is huge and has seen him work for nearly two decades with such globally recognised clients as Helly Hansen and Berghaus to Toyota and Boots the Chemist. The versatility of John’s photographic style allows him to deliver images at the highest standards for many different creative solutions, John’s place within the business is as a creative mentor and associate director to the business and obviously, our in house photographer. |

A developer that specialises in hardcore coding in windows .NET environments, Paul delivers incredibly technical solutions to threemenoneshed and with a formidable background in the new media field brings years of experience to the development team. With past client experience gained working in the advertising world, for a large new media player, Paul brings a technical edge to our build and developmental work. The use of .NET with XML and AJAX brings our online solutions into the twentyfirst century and allows threemenoneshed to deliver applications that truely integrate into our clients existing infrastructures and truly return on their investment. |

A web developer with 10 years experience in building small to enterprise level websites, working with clients such as NTL, IBM, EA Games, THQ, Vodafone, Orange and Red Funnel. A PHP developer primarily but with excellent skillls in advanced database development and management as well as excellent knowledge of both legacy ASP and .NET, allows us to utilise Barrie's extensive skill set on many of threemenoneshed's technical projects. Having worked for one of the largest e-marketing agencies in England as a programmer. Barrie brings a level of expertise rarely found. That coupled with the fact he worked client side for a number of years as an IT integration and security consultant for a blue chip mobile commerce company sees him bring a skillset to threemenoneshed that can both appreciate and deliver to the different sides of our New Media solutions. |
